Smart Temperature Monitoring System Using ESP32 and DS18B20

Abstract Temperature has a big effect on food quality. Storing raw materials in the freezer can maintain quality good condition. In F&B stores, conditions need to be ensured work well certain temperature range, for that it is necessary automatically measure regularly, which will take time measure, increase crew efficiency. For this reason, automatic measurement system important reduce workload measuring temperature. Research, Smart using ESP32 used monitoring performance of freezer, continuously with period and storing results then compute them preventive maintenance activities. Using Monitoring System at stores efficiency also carry out properly. The result displayed regular over 24 hours day.
